The WSJ reported that REXI's gain on sale is taken over many years of the loan, not on day one, as Off Wall Street claimed. Two analysts said the OWS staff didn't understand the business.

Can we trust Off Wall Street? Who are they?

Also, what's to stop any company, even REXI, from issuing a 50% stock dividend to make the shorts suffer?

Thanks, DavidD

BYW, I shorted MRVC at 18, I just feel more comfortable with the situation...

Mr. Pink

I am now long MRVC at $6.25 for the short term. Good move? I know you didn't like it at ~$20.00 but I figure its got to be worth something.
