The WSJ reported that REXI's gain on sale is taken over many years of the loan, not on day one, as Off Wall Street claimed. Two analysts said the OWS staff didn't understand the business. Can we trust Off Wall Street? Who are they? Also, what's to stop any company, even REXI, from issuing a 50% stock dividend to make the shorts suffer?
