DavidD said "I shorted MRVC at 18, I just feel more comfortable with the situation..." What situation is that? REXI (and others) are good short recommendations by MrPink, but MRVC is not. Pinks focus on shorting those companies that may be hurt by the new SEC view is a good strategy, but his analysis of MRVC does not include the fact that they are a TECHNOLOGY company with 40% growth annually over 7 years of track record in an industry that is about to explode with growth. His Pinkness doesn't understand Fiber or Terabit product and is out of his area of specialty here. Even if the SEC did make them redo the statements, it will impact earnings by less than 15%. There has been and may continue to be some short profit in this tough market, but the shorts will die trying to cover 9 days outstanding short when there is positive news.
