Chief, as the story goes, supposedly NEM or others have been interested in MDIN for sometime. I assume their interest has nothing to do with the potential gold/copper/or dirt porphry deposit as the timeframes involved suggest they would have not known about it.(It appears that House was the first one to guess at its potential signifcance although Mr. Jones might of had an inkling). The majors interest up until know would be in the Andicollo properties which do have drill indicated reserves and probably also on the placers.
I agree that if the breccia tube is filled with copper and dirt-it won't help MDIN at all. Hopefully, the anolomous mercury that showed in all the samples indicates that gold will be found in significant quantities. I also agree that it is a buyers market and MDIN would not get anything close to what a good value for the properties would be.
