hmmmm. current price is about 1/3 of the 100daymovingaverage. Anyone brave enough to come back? What about when the PE is 1? <p>

VRC is high on my buy list for today. I believe it is time now to get back into the sector, and VRC appears to be among the strongest in many areas.
#1) Their stock price has held up poorly compared to the rest of the sector, and this is the only area of concern for me (assuming "the market" knows which stocks are the best). osxstocks.com
#2) Their earnings growth numbers are right at the top of the sector osxstocks.com
#3) Their earnings estimates have held up very well. osxstocks.com
#4) And their gross margins continue to improve. osxstocks.com
#5) The daily stochastics trading system suggests the short term downcycle is over, and it is time for a rally in the sector osxstocks.com

For similar reasons, I'm also looking at RIG, FGII, ATW, EVI, DO, and CXIPY. GLBL also looks good, but I'm concerned that it too is suffering new lows.
