Check out QTNT. Buys out number sells 4 to 1 July through August price falls from $1.20 to $0.20. You tell me whats going on

There are 2 ways to look at it.One there is a hell of a lot of short selling going on.This will stop when the certs are registered in.The other explanation nobody is gonna like.The way this one is trading is like there are 47 mil in the float. I don't believe this to be the case,and all the double prints are short/long sales. When the certs start coming in,this will all but stop.Still be prepared for a little more razzle dazzle from these guys.Also another one of my brokers from Brookstreet came by and we had a discussion on this.CALL IN THE CERTS
