That's consistent with my theory for the day: This year is going to be like 1994, with lots of sector rotation and several opportunities to buy.

*** Political Commentary ** I think it is quite interesting that President Clinton is nowhere to be found during this time of turbulence in Russia. Other Presidents would be all over this development. Why fly back to Washington for a review of bombs already dropped on terrorists yet ignore this event is beyond me. Must not have been part of the script.

Our President is on vacation and is scheduled to make a possible political appearance in Massachusets. Maybe the President will realize that he has had enough personal life and that it may be time to get back to the work of the country. :) Can't wait for the spin on this one.
