Bernard -

I wasn't interested so much in the effects of a Russian collapse on the CLECS, they seem to be in bad enough shape all by themsleves.

What I was interested in was in Russia itself...I mean when the collapse comes which I suppose will happen before Sunday night their time what exactly happens?

Ok I assume that no banks open...well the Russians are sort of used to that anyway. No food deliveries? Well there have been times in Russia before when that happens.

TV, press and Duma.... well now I suppose there we'll see some action but what.

"Ladies and Gentlemen,

Ispeak to you form the Kremlin this evening and I have to tell you that the situation is very grave indeed. At no time since ( well December 1941?) has our Nation faced such a crisis. I have every confidence that........and although we must expect that things are going to get very much worse in the short term, my friends I can tell you that in the end we will triumph."

Then what?

Regards,

L
