Quoted from an article on thestreet.com today. The *US* does NOT have a problem with deflation.

Maybe the chief economist at CBSMarketwatch.com should be made chairman of the Federal Reserve after Greenspan. I hear he's on the short list.

Also re-read my comments about Y2K - these related to BEA Systems and software stocks specifically.

And hey, while you're at Barnes and Noble picking up a book on "Economic's" for me, you might want to pick up a book on English as a second language lesson for yourself.
