Depends where you are in M‚xico - el D.F. (the city of M‚xico) and the majority of the country is one hour behind EDT, so at 9edt it'll be 20:00 there (8:00pm) It'll be 7pm in Mazatl n and La Paz, 6pm in Tijuana. Why no names and specifics?
