Melissa, SFA is simply a tool that reps can utilize to increase the efficiencies of such things as creating top of mind awareness, opportunity management, campaign management, and fulfillment. SFA helps sales reps that are not at the top of the class, top reps will not benefit as much from SFA. I think Luongo and management have realized that SFA only type of deals is not their sweet spot, and in the past they spent time focusing on those deals. Half the battle is walking away from deals that are going to be time killers, that is sometimes very hard to do. I think the funny part of this whole sector is the market is big enough to stop the Siebel versus Vantive trash talking and focus on winning some deals.
