David, Two points here...the first being that I don't think any of the discussion today was a sebl vs. vntv discussion. At least not that I can remember. The only siginificant discussion here today about sebl was whether they were deeply discounting their software. And I think you actually brought this up. So I hope you were not directing that remark to me. Now with respect to SFA software...My understanding of SFA was that it also helps a company to manage the sales process which to me would include all aspects of the sale including the closing process. I guess it all depends on how a company chooses to utilize it or whether they utilize it at all, but I'm hard pressed to believe the capability isn't there. You didn't say this directly in your response but it's what I inferred so if I misunderstood please let me know. Melissa
