Moshe and Simon buy and distribute low budget films. They also are or were involved in the formation of MVEE. Refer to: howestreet.com , third paragragh.

I think our masked friend has been, in his own inimicable way, trying to get us to remember our caveat emptors.

Suzanne,

I just spoke to Jeffrey Volk. Information is rather light:

1. He knows of NO star walking of the set.
2. Limited Partnership. Both he and brokers refer to problems with attorneys and bad time of year. More importantly, I just think they are still working on raising the capital.
3. He doesn't know about the lawsuit but is checking in to it. He can't imagine it would have any significant effect on present movie production and operations.

The Lima movie funds come off the "back-end" and MVEE gets 40% of the profits. All other movies get a large amount of $$ from pre-sales.
