How many class action suits have been filed against CIEN? -- I know of only one.

me too. I also think these suits are a waste of time and expense for the companies. I doubt it will have any impact on the value of cien. Most shareholders are wise to this B S by the law firms ..

ps I had a friend who lives in a trailer home being chased by a lawyer to file suit against greentree for mortgage rates. He wanted her to go to each trailer home in the park and advise them of their rights so he could get them signed up. He told her he couldn.t do it..... What a jerk.

There was a settlement of a lawsuit related to a company which I was also an ex-shareholder. What I got was worthless coupons to buy products from that company while I'm sure the lawyers got the real money.
