How many class action suits have been filed against CIEN? -- I know of only one. Ibexx

me too. I also think these suits are a waste of time and expense for the companies. I doubt it will have any impact on the value of cien. Most shareholders are wise to this B S by the law firms .. ps I had a friend who lives in a trailer home being chased by a lawyer to file suit against greentree for mortgage rates. He wanted her to go to each trailer home in the park and advise them of their rights so he could get them signed up. He told her he couldn.t do it..... What a jerk. ps Lifted on cien yahoo post strategically and in terms of market access, this deal makes a lot of sense,'' Birck said. ''We've got to find a way to make it work. The question is at what price.'' Birck said he and Ciena chief executive Patrick Nettles spoke twice over the weekend and were still committed to the transaction. Nettles could not be reached for comment.
