( 144 rule) 2. No, That was the name of the company prior to the reverse merger 3. No money was ever received by the company the 4M shares were taken deposited and some how the TA lifted the legend. Subsequently 2 million shares were sold and AZNT never received any of the funds. 4. ABSOLUTELY NOT. The private placement was to expand the manufacturing fascilities and other operations. 5. Loricchio Jr, is in Las Vegas and is working for the company in his roll as a scientist and assisting in the developement of other Amazon products. 6. 1 st Canacord is legally and JB Oxford will be held liable because they transfered the shares all around and allowed them to be sent out of the country to canada and else where. 7. Mork is not involved and Zapara is in trouble because of his activities. I cannot comment further on that one. Find a way to handle the rest of it. ps i will pm you the court case # no posting that yet though
