I came to that same kind or (only half-baked) conclusion on this myself, but I couldn't find the corroborating verbiage in either press release to support it. But it makes sense that in some way they are augmenting each other. VOCLF does not have the SS7 smarts of the ASND platform, and ASND doesn't have the same list of owners as the VOCLF platform. <grin> I'm awaiting word on this from those more in the know than I, and I will post when I receive it. Perhaps Jeff Pulver can come in and articulate for us, even if only in an generic way, what this is all about. <You there, Jeff?> Regards, Frank C.
