Henry, it's conflicting information. Do you think that the company is just floating a trial balloon or conditioning shareholders?

Henry,

"We believe those investors who came into the Company on the basis of the potential of Franklin Lake should have the right to continue that investment."

I think we would need to know what the specifics would be clarifying the above statement. Assuming that we who invested in FL potential, didn't do so thinking we would have a great spot for a new golf course community, although that would vindicate Jerry. And therefore, it would need to be laid out very clearly how FL would proceed if Naxos core management spent most of its time on new properties.

In other words, who will be minding the store at FL? And what science will be used on the ore? Is there any time frame for when new testing will start using additional non standard methods? Is there going to be a separate budget to support those efforts or will the "FL" project need to be self funding? What labs would continue to be aligned with the FL project? etc. etc.

I assume all of that will come out when Naxos decides on a specific direction but it is the answers to those questions that will be the deciding factor. Not simply investing in the property. Although a nice 18 holes Nicklaus signature course in Death Valley would be a REAL big seller!

Regards,

Tom F.
