jhild you are getting side tracked i need to point you in right direction, 10 k a lot closer to done then this thread has led you to believe, back off that tact, new 10k is what we need.
try this instead, someone on all of si must have a contact in brazil, verify aznt's export agreement with brazilian consulate or whatever
you bashers do, heres why, try verifying this as well
Monsanto tells fda we will be bringing stevia into u.s.
we need approval, then they find out aznt gets cut of all stevia exports due to this agreement with brazilian govt, they decide no way i am paying my competitor money, ok fda skip it we decided to pass
on stevia. now where does monsanto get what they now use for sweetener, somewhere else in south america not brazil, fine, now how many places in world have stevia. post any of this and you can help this thread

Mr. Jhild,
I must commend you for keeping your blinders on and refusing to accept the reality of what is transpiring.
I hope you are aware of the status of the evaluation of putting a value on Dr. Lorrichio's intellectual properties. It has much to do with the status of the financials. What is the status of AZNT's financials? Have they been audited? Who has been forced to buy shares in the open market? How many shares? Who should we look for in the box before we roost on our position?
Mr. Jhild, I hope you are on good terms with Mr. tonto, he may be able to save you.
The answers are on this very thread, you must look!

Is there any mention of the 5 million that Sylver talks about here?http://www.howestreet.com/isdn/970805/970805.110636.AZNT.html

Can you advertise a phytogenic substance (lol) as medicine but tell the government it is a dietary supplement?

Mr. Jhild,
Your diligence is poor in my humble opinion. I am not a source for diligence, I perform diligence. My opinion is irrelevant. I am not paid to be an advocate of the company, I am a shareholder. I believe your diligence is poor and if you need to debate the merits of it, I suggest you contact the company that has an I.R. dept paid to respond to your concerns.
I suggest you start taking the court actions against those who sold illegal shares into the AZNT market more seriously. Can I ask of you again, What action would you suggest to AZNT shareholders when JB OXFORD punches on as a MM in the AZNT market?
