I know the feeling...everytime so far today I was thinking about the long side a few minutes later....boom, new low. This is unreal. Too bad I did not just short the sucker at the open.

Ah.....hindsight, gotta love it!

I would think at this point they will definitely run it to 1055, the old low and probably lower to run the sell stops.....however, I have no idea if a bounce from there is in store or not. I would suspect maybe a bounce from the low 50's at this point.....

Kiri,

The spread on my OEX puts was 2 points when the market was really tanking. That is criminal. We did experience a healthy bounce but we could see the Down 500 points.
