I now think we are putting in our bottom. The TICK/TIKI/PREM have all spiked seriously. I suspect we will test low 40's and then bounce. The bounce might not start for a couple hours so plenty of time for a good long position, but I am now thinking the long side. This is the capitulation we were looking for, IMHO. Forget about it! THe PREM spiked to almost +10, the TICK has rocked to the up-side, the TIKI has improved....this is the bounce, but the bounce is about done. We are going back down again. The bottom is not in yet....
