Chip: Asia is a mess, but will IMF underwrite Russia with tax dollars??? That's the sucker play. Until this point I have had doubts about when to toss steaks on the Big-Kahuna grill -- I'm ready. In a global sense I find zero to be Bullishly optimistic about. Domestically, Clinton has destroyed the American image and now stands as a living example of Saddams great Satan who appears nightly on CNN. Unless impeached, which is seemingly impossible (to step aside wont cut it now), Near-Eastern and Asian nations will find it impossible to respect a nation who elect and continue to follow such leaders.
