Mr. Keeling, as I stated, the US/IMF/G-7/Kohl have decided not to throw good money down the Oligarch drain (straight to Swiss/Austrian banks) which is Russia right now. I agree that there is no good solution at the moment. I was just pointing out that this is a major change in the Russia-is-too-big/dangerous-to-fail theory which has operated for the past decade. I'm just amazed at how quickly we have coalesced on this major change in our perspective especially given the nuclear weapons in their/Lebed's hands.
