del clark,
Could you please explain your comment concerning th BK issue. What was the "source of origination"? From what I could tell, it was the US Bankruptcy Court in Waco TX. Do you have reason to believe that this wasn't the source? I've been trying to keep a good handle on the accuracy of statements made by those who are obviously either hyping or are true believers and those who appear to be neither but are asking pertinent questions and then those who are out right bashers. Right now it appears to be a pretty even fight IMO.

del,

What makes you think they "waived the 500k share personnnel dividend"? I understood that the insiders were intending to use these funds to purchase more of TGSK at low prices.

Do you have other information? Makes no sense to "waive" a dividend payment to me.

later, leroyt

<<They waived the 500,000 share personal dividend didn't they?>>

Did they? Really? You have their word? First take a gander at the BK docs for Case #69762566. Phone 1-888-436-7477.
Next try the BK attorney, Frank D. Thomas, Jr. at 254-776-3611 to try verify if Alvis Colin Smith, the client who filed for personal bankruptcy on 11/18/97, was the CEO of Tigershark at the time. Or, if you accept the BK and recognize the subsequent denial of it by Mr. Smith, even if you don't think it's a big deal, don't you think credibility is an issue. . . including a statement about waiving a dividend? After all, a witness's credibility is effectively impugned with one patent falsehood. It only takes one to color all other statements with suspicion. ( I think President Clinton is having that problem, too.)
