We do not know the facts concerning this bankruptcy. I do not trust someone the person who started the whole bankruptcy fiasco. Granted there was a bankruptcy filed. Until I have all the facts and not just selected tid bits from a short seller. It is also my understanding that Colin waived his rights to the dividend for the benefit of the company and the share holders. This happens all the time with legitimate companies that give out dividends. It shows the CEO believes in his company. What possible thing can you see wrong with this?
