Jeff,

Currently I am holding LU and am thinking of accumulating more. However, my only worry (not the market environment) is that if LU were to takeover ASND, it might cause a significant drop in LU's share price because the street will be concerned about the effectiveness of the merger.

Okay, so if LU were to take over ASND, it could not happen before the end of October, right? Also, what's the possibility of LU taking over ASND?
