Tom,
Re DD: On OTC stocks there's not much info to go by unlike in NASDAQ stocks. Calling the company and get answers is often the only info with value we can get (and of cause 144 forms). Everybody knows it's coming from the company and don't expect to hear bad news but also don't expect complete lie, since that would be illegal plus after realization of such "information" the stock hits the ground very fast.

You may not like what Cliff is saying but he is completely within his rights to post his opinion on this thread.

As am I.

I do not see you or anyone else jumping in and straightening them out. Take for instance LURKER'S CORNER. Most posters here if I've read correctly, believe that the numbers are not correct, that they overstate the position of the thread followers.

I don't believe the numbers expressed on Lurkers Corner to be true. I am hereby jumping in to straighten them out. I, long ago, removed those numbers from the InvestorNet web site, because I don't believe them to be credible.

But, as you've said, harry is completely within his rights to post his opinion on this thread.

It is very easy on SI to go back and pull posts out of context to make someone look foolish

Yes, a quite popular technique of Cliff. Most of his posts begin with exerpts from other posters.

I don't believe I took any of my clips out of context. I merely showed that Cliff was buying one penny stock incorporated in Nevada, while simultaneously panning another bulletin board stock, BECAUSE it was incorporated in Nevada.

Concerning calling the company and refering to that as DD.

I agree. You should rely on many sources for DD. I, not Cliff, called the transfer agent to determine the number of shares authorized and outstanding.

Others have contacted IDB regarding the acquisition.

However, Cliff's DD regarding FNTN's technical decisions (hardware, software) consists, not of calling the company, not of calling anybody, but of assuming that he knows without any other information what decisions should have been made. Regardless of his expertise, he isn't the ONLY network engineer in the world. Having worked for a billion dollar consulting firm (Andersen Consulting), I know that even experts disagree about the correct solution. Cliff seems to think he knows the correct solution without even knowing the problems.

Tom:

To refute Cliff doesn't mean a thing to him. For instance he refers to sales by MS and others over and over --Post 4630. Its been explained many times that they are not sales, but filings. This is false and could damage the company. I think it is libel.

Agreed, Kevin. Cliff and yourself are entitled to your opinions. We are entitled to ours as well.If we feel positive about a stock, it's our right to say so and I certainly feel that way about FNTN. I also think that calling the company is valid DD along with proper research into the companies history and financials.I wish I could call Clinton and ask him about Monica, but you know we ordinary citizens can't do that. At least, we CAN talk to the President of FNTN.

I thank you for your comments and wish you a very nice day.

Regards, GW

If I remember correctly there were some TA type posts a week or two ago showing very bullish signals

I agree. I would be very interested in seeing a revised TA from TechnoWiz -- good, bad or indifferent -- regarding FNTN.

Tom, I am honestly interested in finding out the truth, as I think my posts will indicate.

I am also aware that there is as much to gain from seeing a stock go down (if one is short), as there is from seeing a stock go up (if one is long). So I assume that anyone who spends as much time as Cliff does, pointing out his opinion of FNTN failures and negatives, has an agenda, as do those who always put positive spins on the stock.
