If I was their auditor, I would choose the IPO first also because they will need the cash to pay for the quarterly financials.

I have been in this business for many years and have never heard such a crock.

What a load of bull. Only Q4 results are audited. They will be reporting for Q2. For example, go look at the 10Q for Q1. It will say that the results are unaudited.<<

Well I hate to agree with Craig here but this sure sounds fishy to me too, they didn't realize there wouldn't be time for both until one was due and the other was finished?

offline request if you can help me here. datascope dscp is supporting their stock via a buyback. i have heard from various doctors that their products are given false and potentialyy deadly readings. supposedly the co. has been made aware of this, prior to the last quarterly release and are blaming it on chinese manufacturer....how would i find a chat room on yahoo or other site to look into this????

Management are a bunch of con-artists, when are you going to open your eyes and see that? When Osicom gets delisted and trades on the pink sheets? <

Now the facts:

Osicom's auditor, BDO Seidman LLP does a SAS 71 review of all quarterly reports of Osicom. It is this review that the initial post was referring to.

Be careful. With the use of terms like "con-artists", you may be crossing the line.
