SOES rules help please. If I enter a trade via SOES, I understand that I can't uses SOES again within a five minute time period on the same side/stock. But may I use SNET or an ECN on the same side/stock during this time period? My broker says no.

Can anyone point me to an exact rules link? I can't seem to find the answer browsing though NASDR.
