It was nice of Goldman Sachs to advise investors to buy bank stocks
on Monday (8/24. Too bad they were a little early with their advise.

Forbes and U.S and World Report both had major negative articles on
Russia's economy. Wasn't Russia's economy bad 2 weeks ago? Why
now all the "news"?

The insiders knew about the articles before they were published and
planned their plunge accordingly. I guess the asia crisis excuse
for the decling market was getting a little shop worn. They tried to
use Clinton's problems but that was a weak excuse even for the
N.Y.S.E. Too many people are talking of buying on the dips. I am waiting for
when the insiders cause panic selling before I buy.
