Opalapril-I wouldnt answer ANY probing questions from someone I dont know. You dont even know if they ARE from xoma.
Step 1 ask Ellen.
If NOT from xoma I would venture lawyers or a bid coming
If is xoma then just ask why.
I am back to the basics here. My focus is almost only on if drug works or not. Thats all that really matters in longterm IMO.
If you bought at 5 or 8 and drug works you should be well rewarded.
If you buy at 2 so much the better. If it fails then thats another story.
Remember, meningo is NOT the whole bpi story.

McKenzie Group is a reputable company. Perhaps Xoma is puzzled at their stock price and is investigating possible short problem.

Unfortuanaetly Ed, I think you have hit the nail on the head. IMHO I think someone is planning on buying the company cheap. Hope I'm wrong but I was very badly burned with Somatogen less than a year ago.
