XOMA is in play! This is not good news in my opinion. A decision has already been made. Someone is just trying to figure out what price works. If the callers are lying about who is doing the survey then IMO they do not represent any reputable survey group. Disclosure of who is doing a survey is common but disclosure of the client usually is not. If lies are involved XOMA might be able to mount some defense based on this.

Anyone that receives a call from this point on please think about recording it if you can or saving any message tape. Ask for their phone number, and tell them you will call back. I have not been called. They must have started with A as in April. <g>

All this is my opinion only. Don't see what anyone can do about what might be happening. If a group is interested in XOMA I think they probably read message boards, (not to become informed about XOMA), but to get a feel for the mood of shareholders.

Could be lawyers looking to drum up shareholder suit but I don't think so. Stock is down but There has been no hype by the company.
