Evidently he has had the same reading twice in a row.

McMillan's Oscillator is the most oversold it's been in the 27 years he has backtested it.

But the question really is, can the numbers get even worse. Absolutely....hell, there was a time these numbers were probably unheard of. So who is to say they cannot get even worse?

Anyway, I'm still waiting it out. I should have sold the failure in the mid-50s but it came before I was ready to do something.
