. . . that AZNT is working in conjunction with the NASD and the SEC on this plan? Well BMart, as I pointed out, working with the SEC in one aspect doesn't absolve them for misstatements in their filings. Nor does this plan affect the sales revenues or inventory levels or their more than generous previous estimates of earnings that have to date failed to materialize. (See Wireless Wonk's posts). So crow like magpies all you wish, and bring your cohort promoters from other threads, the more the merrier, and spin your cotton candy about how this plan is going to squeeze some bad boy shorts. When the whole story there is known, the remaining shareholders are still going to be left with just the value of the underlying company. Where will you be then? Off to another opportunity?
