Mr. Jhild, "...is GOING to..."(???), my good man, it's a fait accompli, the court has ruled, those in question either have been, or are in the process of, being served. They will have their alloted time, I believe 3 days, to cover. Are you denial? The MM's have to settle their ledger within 3-5 days from months end, so we will see some covering of the past few days shorting. Then those in question should have been served. Then we will watch as court ordered coverage begins. You really should discover the status of the next 10KSB from AZNT, are you familiar with the phrase "icing on the cake"? RB

jhild, what do you want this thread to do for you, you feel this is not a good investment, others disagree, this is a matter of opinion which can not be resolved, you posted your concerns, you feel troubled by things in financials, you impy wrong doing of some kind, however sec or nasd dont seem to agree or they would have initiated an investigation, any $5 and under thread that pops like this one i believe is scrutinized by mr stark and staff. post a list of your concerns about aznt, if others wish to engage you in this debate great, if not are you going to post over and over the same thing? cav
