Nobody really cares whether or not they have an "alternative" marriage. It doesn't matter what their relationship is. This issue is another non-starter being advanced to obfuscate the real issues.

What I wonder about is her role in the seven month coverup.

Are you saying that liberals LIKE the Clintons' alternative marriage? Then why aren't more of them saying, "hey we all do that - that's the norm - what's the matter with you conservatives - get with it!!!"?

I have no problem with the Clintons marriage and I have said that. When you have 2 very successful people that are married its difficult to remain in love. One huge problem is that both parties are always travelling. These two probably see each other twice a month. The beat situation in a case like this is to have an intellectual bond vs. a romantic one - I think the Clintons have that, they are business partners.

There have been times in my life when I have preferred my business life to my personal life - I love business. The people that criticize the Clintons lifestyle might actually be lacking in their professional lives and they dont know how rewarding a business partnership can be.
