Re shorts, the WSJ passes on the reports that the SEC requires trading houses to submit.

Please read with greater concentration. I said that for Nasdaq listing a stock had to trade above $4.00 for 30 days as well as meet other requirements. (I never said it had to stay above that range to maintain listing.) Another poster said it was 10 days. I know people who still insist it's 30, but I'm not phoning Nasdaq because I don't much care. If you care, go to the Nasdaq site and query them.
