re Dell Computer Corp. (DELL) director Donald Carty registered
to sell 120,000 common shares with a market value of about $14.3 million

So? He sells every 6 months. Looking at your bio and posting history, you seem to make it your business to track insider info. Do you also use that info to try to influence price direction? Or are you merely being informative?

NewsTrader, if you post here again, I'll file a complaint with the SEC.

It is obviously your intent in posting such information (that is already publicly available), and blowing it out of proportion, to attempt to falsely manipulate the price of the stock. I'm sure that you're aware that the SEC takes this type of conduct very seriously.
