We are merely being informative. We think it is newsworthy when large insiders sell significant amounts of stock (significant in an absolute sense as opposed to a percentage of their holdings). It is possible that this news is no big deal, but others might want to compare how many shares Carty sells on average and when he may be selling more or less than average. The divergence from the average may be an indication of his opinion of the value of the stock at that particular point in time - or not. We don't know - that's not our job. We just report investment-significant news from SEC filings (and other sources of information) faster and more accurately than any other news organization with the objective of helping investors make better-informed decisions.
