The previous government did grant permission, as shown by the copies of the documents on the G.U.T.S. website (thanks to Isoman). The business arrangement is progressing just like John , CEO claimed from the very beginning. Everything has been verified. I was one of the very first, on this thread, to request outside verification a number of times. It was late in arriving, but it did arrive. I cannot find any stretchhhhh in these documents from the government and from the bank in Belize. Roger
