Nothing has been proved yet. Saul has presented no proof. There is no FBI or SEC investigation and there is just an open case file with the Texas State Securities Board no real active investigation. And an employee of Oilex under Saul stole assets for Saul's benefit. Saul looks like he's going to run the company into the ground. Saul could be arrested for stealing assets. Let's wait and see what the coming weeks hold before you go patting Offie on the back and congratulate yourself for totally destroying Oilex.
