Jo, thanks for your response. I have to admit, I need to cool down and get my head together before I call. I want to ask the right questions without getting emotional. There's no way that Jack is going to profit from another company without taking care of his, and I mean HIS, MTEI investors first.

hi people,why don't someone call the W. S. J. and give them the story
on this scam,and tell them about this new company of jack's. I
believe this would help us all, if they would call the new company
and ask if jack was going to give us share for share of his new company for every worthless share of mtei,just may be they will scare him a little, can't hurt to try.
