AR,

Glad that you are back and that you are still active on the LCAV thread.

If you will read some of my earlier posts you will get the gist of my feelings about LCA Vision's proposed plan. The big problem that Dr. Joffe has had since the formation his company has been lack of capital to fund his plans for expansion. More than the need to achieve Nasdaq National Market status through reverse split, is the need to change his short term debt into long term status. The issuance of 6% convertible stock in two proposed segments will raise from 10 to 15 million dollars, convertible to common stock as the stock price rises in time. This conversion feature will stabilize the volatile nature of the stock as the conversion features are exercised.

There might have been a question regarding the company's submission of the proposed plan to the stock holders, but in the advent of the depressed price of the stock, it is my opinion that they will submit the plan to the stock holders. It is also my opinion that today's price reflects the depressed fears of the reverse split (the stock price discounts any further affect of the split). The stock is near its support price, but not there yet. It could drop below $1.00/share.

All of my technical indicators are in a sell configuration. I will continue to monitor the chart activity and advise when I see a positive trend reversal.

Harry
