All civil suits are public record (Heck, all suits are for that matter) unless the court rules otherwise for some reason. You will not find the basic suit on the web unless there is something really special about it, and you will not find an appelate decision on lots of cases. However, in the court reporters, you will find a lot of the appelate decisions, especialy if the decision has some precidential value. However, you can go to or write to the clerk of the court where the suit was filed and request a copy of the case file. Usually it will cost you around 50c/page, so if you can, you are generally much better off to go to the court and read it there so that you can pick and chose which pages you want to copy. A file on a typical case like this can be quite fat and so a complete copy may be a fair chunk of change.
