sultan/frank/anyone else out there is who is not too shell shocked to keep up with the threads:
volume was high. dont have trade details in front of me, but i understand that was mainly blocks crossed within brokerages at octagon capital and gundy.
fund manager selling? who knows. called ivi and they werent aware. latest price is right around book value. with fundamentals in place for solid financial performance, a promotional show set for sept, an upcoming us analyst rec etc.
ivi has been in the shitter before - imo, this is the last time once the new company gets its story and a couple of solid quarters reflecting benefits of merger. with earnings estimates of around .55 $C for current year/ .75 next yr coupled with positive industry growth rate - well ... i am probably preaching to the converted here.
a wild card is possible with upside surprises through new client/sales via plourde installed customer base and the reseller agreement announced with a US firm (name escapes me) announced a couple of months ago.
Anyways enough BLAH BLAH BLAH..
