The people that own these 19 million plus shares already have an equity position in the company. Now they are able to sell these shares if they want to, but at what price. Why would they sell if the company is so close to something BIG with major dollars coming to NCI?? That is the 64 dollar question. I do not see any price increase anytime soon, even without this S-3 filing. Jim PS: Off Topic: I attended a shareholders meeting of another company and send out my report to the list.
