(OTC Bulletin Board: DFNL - news): WINQ-TV, a wholly owned subsidiary of Definition, Ltd. has retained Fedele and Associates, an engineering firm, to maintain our antenna and microwave dishes. This has resulted in improving our signal broadcast. We will be working with Joe Fedele to upgrade our antenna and equipment to meet the requirements of the local cable operators. WINQ-TV is working on a re-vamped fall lineup. Some of our shows appear on other networks with larger viewing audiences, such as Paxnet and Sunshine Network throughout the State of Florida. ''Reaction Times,'' with Kim Jones, a motor sports show that will be shown on the Sunshine Network with a potential viewing of 4 1/2 million. ''Teen Groove,'' An ''American Bandstand'' type show. ''Mick At Night,'' A local comedy show. ''Singles,'' Lifestyles of the ''Singles'' life in Palm Beach. ''Pretty Faces,'' Glamour on Glamour in all walks of life. ''Roundtable,'' Coverage of the business leaders in Palm Beach County and South Florida. ''Women on Women,'' A discussion show featuring the current views and problems affecting women. ''Performing Arts,'' A show covering ballets, symphonies and film reviews. Incoming revenues from productions and advertising should put WINQ-TV in the black during the fourth quarter of 1998.
