Does ICVI or ICCI hold 50 mm shares of MTEI as a result of the reverse merger?

No. Christensen does own shares. I don't know how many, but nowhere near 50mm. The majority shareholder is Marc Tow. And I do believe he'd like to help get things straightened out, insofar as possible.

KC650, my understanding has been that Uselton and Tow came to the table and walked away with the 50M shares and the land became the property of the company. Tow got the shares, and Uselton may have gotten a three year proxy on them and became President. Christensen and others retained their shares.

So basically to answer your question about whether there were two 50M share transactions, the 50M shares was only bought once and that was with the property.

If anyone else has a more authoritative explanation, I will certainly defer. This is my recollection from way back when it was discussed.
