I am not certain, but I do not think that Uselton got a proxy from Marc Tow. Tow told me that his shares were voting shares, and that he would use them to support the shareholders.

Maybe someone should call Marc and ask if Uselton has his proxy.

I would hypothesize that somewhere hidden, he got part of the 19 million newly minted shares and that the "lawsuit" against Christensen et al was a smokescreen to deflect criticism from the public shareholders ultimately to be dropped when the heat was off.

Your powers of deduction are excellent. I was told just that some time ago. Only hearsay, of course, but I'm inclined to believe it.
