Not .30 to .50 cents per DOLLAR... .30 to .50 cents per SHARE.

In other words, if I purchased 1000 shares of IMPX at $20 during the class period, and I never sold it, I would get somewhere around $300 to $500 out of the lawsuit. If you bought 1000 shares of IMPX at $15 during the class period, you would get the same amount as I would...it has nothing to do with how much you paid, only how many shares you purchased...(as long as you lost money)

I'm not saying this is correct, just saying this was my interpretation...this would be MUCH LESS than 6-20% of your losses, if that is what you are saying you should get back.

Mark.
