Not entirely there hardy boy. I can't see the PUP wanting to sit down and give out any lucrative concessions to someone that was associated with the UDP. After all if the opportunity to do this business is really as profitable as John Schmitz has been letting on, there is likely always competition for this kind of high margin business. I would expect that the PUP will favor granting these types of concessions to their friends. Unless there really is great risk involved, in which case this is probably not a good business to be getting into for PRWT.
