Here's the cut from ARET's filing on the issue acquiring 2% of FXWA:

On June 19 ,1998, the Company exchanged 16,257,166 shares of its common stock for 113,800 shares of Flexweight Corporation's common stock. All shares issued were issued pursuant to section 4(2)of the Securities Act of 1933. The Company acquired these shares as an investment and is considering further business arrangements with these entities in the construction arena.

You said in your last post:
We bought 2% of Flexweight in an equal share for share deal. Do the math Flexweight is currently trading in the 7 dollar range. How many share did we have to give to do a equal share for share deal.

If FXWA is 7$ that is 796600$ worth bought with ARET shares at the valuation price 4.9 cent.

Are you calling this a bad deal.?

Say use FXWA Friday closing price (where 400 shares were sold outside bid/ask) at 5.53$ - It's still 629314$ worth bought with ARET shares valuated at 3.9 cent.

The further acquiring of Flexweight as of Aug 7. is done at Bid price of FXWA.

I'm sorry, I do not understand how this points in the direction of a reverse - The connection to floorles dibentures is also totally ununderstandable to me - I may be stupid, so please explain the basis for your thoughts.

Why the issue of a reverse split again? It was recently settled when Rosario was here making the same unfounded remarks, even purposely misquoting ARET's Mr. Delmar Janovec. As stated in an earlier post, I called Delmar and asked about the reverse split rumor, to which he replied absolutely not....to do so would be shooting themselves in the foot. His main priority right now is investor confidence, and he said that they would not even consider a RS for at least a year and a half or more...... when the business has grown considerably and is on a stronger foundation then they will take a look at a RS to get NASDAQ listing. This is from the company man himself who also stressed that they will always be direct, honest and frank with the investors, and that he would not make such a statement about no reverse split unless it were absolutely true. So, once again....ENOUGH with the reverse split rumor mongering - it is a DEAD ISSUE!!!!
Instead of continually parading an old carcass through this thread, why don't you give Delmar a call (913-859-9592) and talk to him yourself.....he welcomes investor calls and is very forthcoming.
